Frank and Betty Koller's Legacy
Founded through the generosity of Frank and Betty Koller, The Koller Behavioral Health Clinic was made possible through an extraordinary gift to the Howard Young Foundation from Frank and Betty Koller after the death of their son by suicide in 1978. In 2010, the Kollers announced an additional gift—a $2.5 million bequest—to the Foundation to assure that the clinic’s services continue far into the future. Dr. Koeppl explained, “In keeping with the legacy of the Koller Family we are a highly collaborative regional service, providing quality mental health, AODA, and psychiatric care to our northern communities, in tandem with other partners in care.”
